Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Product Nature

ValentinePages is a digital service with instant delivery. Once your payment is successful and your Valentine page is generated, the service is considered fully delivered. Due to the instant and digital nature of this product, refunds are generally not available after successful page creation.

2. When Refunds ARE Granted

We will provide a full refund in the following circumstances:

• Technical failure: Your payment was charged but the Valentine page was not created due to a technical error on our end
• Duplicate charges: You were accidentally charged multiple times for the same page
• Service unavailability: The page became inaccessible immediately after creation due to our system failure (not including the automatic 30-day expiration)

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

1. Contact us at dev@aurafarm.tech within 7 days of your purchase
2. Include your Razorpay payment ID or order ID (found in your payment confirmation)
3. Describe the issue clearly (e.g., "payment charged but no page created")
4. Provide any relevant screenshots if applicable

We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

4. Refund Timeline

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.). Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind: You no longer want the page after it has been created
• Typos or errors: You made a mistake in the recipient name or message (please double-check before payment)
• Recipient reaction: The recipient did not respond as expected or did not view the page
• After 30-day expiration: The page expired naturally after the 30-day hosting period
• Violation of terms: Your page was removed for violating our Terms and Conditions

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is not available after payment is completed, as the service is delivered instantly (your page is created within seconds of payment confirmation). There is no pending order or waiting period during which cancellation could occur.
