1. Service Description

ValentinePages (operated by AuraFarm Technologies) provides a digital service that allows users to create personalized Valentine's Day pages for a one-time payment of INR 29. These pages are hosted for 30 days from creation and provide a unique, shareable URL for your Valentine message.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

Provide accurate information when creating your Valentine page
Not create content that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, or violates any laws
Not impersonate any person or entity
Not use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Respect the intellectual property rights of others

We reserve the right to remove any page that violates these terms without refund.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you create (recipient name, custom message, selected GIFs). By using our service, you grant us a limited license to display this content on the generated page for the 30-day hosting period. We do not claim ownership of your content.

GIFs are provided by third-party services (GIPHY). You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with their terms of service.

4. Payment Terms

The service fee is INR 29 (fixed, non-negotiable) per Valentine page. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. By completing payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service and authorize the charge.

All sales are final unless the page fails to generate due to technical error on our part (see Refund Policy).

5. Service Availability

Your Valentine page will be hosted for 30 days from creation. After this period, the page will be automatically deleted. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, though we strive for maximum availability.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from downtime, service interruptions, or page unavailability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValentinePages and AuraFarm Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid (INR 29).

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kotma, India.
