1. Digital Product - No Physical Shipping

ValentinePages is a 100% digital service. We do not ship any physical products. There are no greeting cards, gifts, or tangible items involved in this service.

You are purchasing a personalized digital Valentine page that is hosted online and accessed via a unique web URL.

2. Instant Digital Delivery

After successful payment confirmation, your Valentine page is created and delivered instantly. The entire process takes only a few seconds:

  1. You complete payment via Razorpay
  2. Our system generates your unique Valentine page
  3. A shareable URL is created (e.g., valentinepages.com/v/for-sarah-abc123)
  4. You are redirected to a success page showing your link

Delivery time: Instant (typically within 5-10 seconds of payment confirmation)

3. How You Receive Your Page

The unique URL to your Valentine page is displayed on screen immediately after payment. You can share this link with your Valentine using:

  • WhatsApp: Direct share button to send via WhatsApp
  • Telegram: Direct share button to send via Telegram
  • Copy Link: Copy the URL to share via SMS, email, or any messaging app
  • QR Code: Download a QR code that your Valentine can scan to open the page
  • Web Share: Use your device's native share menu (mobile browsers)

4. Access and Availability

Your Valentine page will be accessible online for 30 days from the date of creation. During this period, anyone with the unique URL can view the page from any device with internet access.

No downloads required: The page is viewed directly in a web browser - no app installation or account creation needed for the recipient.

5. Delivery Confirmation

The success page (displayed after payment) serves as confirmation that your Valentine page has been successfully created and delivered. If you do not see this page after payment, please check:

  • Your payment was actually successful (check your bank/UPI app)
  • Your internet connection did not drop during payment
  • You did not accidentally close the browser window

If you paid but did not receive your page URL, contact us at dev@aurafarm.tech with your Razorpay payment ID and we will provide your link.

6. No Shipping Address Required

Since this is a digital service, we do not collect or require:

  • Shipping address
  • Delivery preferences
  • Tracking numbers
  • Physical contact details

The only information needed is the recipient's name (which you enter as part of the page creation) and your payment details.

7. Lost Link?

If you lose the link to your Valentine page, contact us at dev@aurafarm.tech with your payment ID or order details, and we can retrieve it for you (as long as the page has not expired).
